At Janetiq Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Due to the nature of cosmetic and beauty products, we have outlined our refund and return policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Because our products are cosmetics and personal care items, we do not accept returns or refunds once an item has been opened, used, or tampered with, for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, a return or replacement may be accepted if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong item

  • Your order arrived defective or leaking


2. Reporting an Issue

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Requests made outside this timeframe may not be eligible.


3. Refunds (If Approved)

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider


4. Replacements

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, especially if:

  • The product was damaged in transit

  • The wrong item was sent

Delivery costs for approved replacements will be covered by us.


5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products

  • Lip gloss, lip balm, eyeliner, lashes, or any hygiene-sensitive items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Orders damaged due to incorrect delivery details provided by the customer


6. Delivery & Third-Party Logistics

Once an order has been handed over to our delivery partner, Janetiq Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
However, we will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.
