Refund & Return Policy

Overview

At Janetiq Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we have established the following Refund and Return Policy to ensure product safety, hygiene, and quality standards are maintained.

1. Eligibility for Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been opened, used, altered, or tampered with.

However, returns, replacements, or refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived defective, leaking, or incomplete

2. Reporting an Issue

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery and provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted outside this timeframe may not qualify for review or resolution.

3. Refunds (If Approved)

Once your request has been reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

4. Replacements

Where applicable, Janetiq Cosmetics may provide a replacement instead of a refund, particularly when:

  • The product was damaged during transit
  • An incorrect item was delivered

For approved replacement requests, delivery costs will be covered by us.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

  • Opened or used cosmetic and beauty products
  • Hygiene-sensitive items such as lip gloss, lip balm, eyeliner, lashes, and similar products
  • Sale, promotional, or discounted items
  • Orders affected by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

6. Delivery & Third-Party Logistics

Once an order has been handed over to our delivery partner, Janetiq Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery-related issues where possible.
